Many customers are afraid of the long distance and scared that the project will be out of control. We will solve this doubt for you. The following is a simple flow process that we carry out with our customer presently. It will show you clearly that every step will be in charge by our customer.
TIMING SCHEDULES
Once
we have received tool design approval a timing schedule will be supplied by our
project manager.
The
project manager will liaise with our customers on a regular basis supplying
weekly progress reports including photographs until the project is completed
Following tooling completion we will then do tool trials that include a 3 to 4 hour trial
production run that will be filmed so that the customer can see the tools
running.
Samples moulding and a copy of the film will be sent
to the customer for final approval before production or shipping.
