Some of our clients were initially apprehensive because of the distances between our companies due to our process procedures we eliminated there apprehension and have been manufacturing Injection moulds and Mouldings for US and European companies for many years.

Procedures after receipt of purchase order

We will provide fully detailed tool design using the latest technologies and design methods which we then send to our client for approval if there are any design changes required they will be completed within a few days and the final tool design will be send for approval before tool production commences.

Once the mould production starts we will supply weekly progress reports including photographs where appropriate.

On completion of the project initial samples accompanied with full mould test reports including components dimensional report will be sent to the customer by DHL or TNT and a tracking number will be supplied at time of departure.

If modification to the component is require due to design changes these will be completed as quickly as possible on average 7 to 10 days after receipt of 3D models this is dependant on the amount of redesign requirements, following the completion of the modification new samples are sent to our client using DHL or TNT 

Once our customer receives the samples and give there approval, we will then commence production or send the moulds to the customer via sea or air depending on there requirements.
